POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Below are two forms of the complete procedure book. The first is a Word (.doc) format while the second is a .pdf format.


Also listed as item 3 is a master format for you to use in creating a new procedure.

Master Form for Procedure


If you need to update a particular procedure, copy your existing section from the Word document and paste your part into a new document and edit as needed.


If you are creating a new procedure, use the Master Form. Edit your new document as needed.


When you have finished your document, email it to Jennie Mueller for incorporation into the complete procedure book.
